Calendar. 2001. Salt, wood and wire.

This installation piece works as a calendar that changes its configuration everyday in such a way that its visual representation is always different. The work shows a unique salt arrangement for 1000 years. The visual configuration is based on a code that with a little practice, the spectator can be able to read the present date.
